ProMedica
ProMedica is a non-profit health care system with locations in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. The system includes a health education and research center, the health maintenance organization Paramount Health Care, nursing homes, a local business network of private practices,〔(ProMedica - Company Overview - Hoover's )〕 and several hospitals〔http://www.promedica.org/default.aspx?PageID=722〕 About 2,900 ProMedica physicians care for approximately 2 million patients each year.

In 2009, the company was established in Toledo, Ohio with The Toledo Hospital, and Toledo Children's Hospital. Throughout the years, it has expanded to include other hospitals to cover 23 counties in two states. These include:
